ISIS Web Self-Service Announcement

Introducing ISIS Student Billing Self-Service! Beginning in June 2006, students will be able to view, pay, and update information related to their student account through the ISIS Student Billing Self-Service website. This access will allow them to view their account, make online payments, and update information related to their student account. Strong authentication security provides all students confidential access to billing information using any web browser, an internet connection, and their JHED Login ID and password.

Many students are already familiar with viewing and paying their bills online. The ISIS Student Billing Self-Service application adds additional features and benefits, including:

  • Real-time data which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments made through ISIS Self-Service are posted to the student's account and are visible immediately.
  • In addition to a monthly bill, students have the ability to view their Account Summary. The Account Summary includes the current balance, most recent charges, including tuition and fees, payments, financial aid disbursements, and any refunds that have been processed.
  • Filtering options provide increased flexibility in viewing account information. Transactions can be filtered by date, all payments, all charges or all transactions. By default, the Account Summary window initially displays any activity for the last billing period, as well as any activity since the last bill.
  • Through the ISIS Self-Service Sign-On page, you can quickly access contact information, including email addresses and telephone numbers for Admissions, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, or Registrar's Offices.

IMPORTANT: After June 6, students who have previously granted authorized payers access to their account will need to re-establish this access. Authorized payers can view all account activity and make online payments.

ISIS Self-Service is one element of the University's on-going commitment to a fully integrated student information system accessible through the web. This web-based system will provide students access to their records in one location with the same interface for all administrative users, faculty and advisors. When the project is complete, students will be able to complete an application for admission online, as well as view financial aid, course registration, and billing information through a single website.
